You may clear and energize your stones for your personal needs at any time. Hold your stones in your left hand and cover them with your right hand.

When the time feels right, rotate your right hand counter-clockwise above your stones to release unneeded or unwanted energies and send them away. Then cover your stones with your right hand again. Clearly and specifically state your intention. Now rotate your hand clockwise to bring in supportive, healing energies. You and your stones may also offer a prayer together.
