Blessed Stillpoint bracelet

…no matter what the situation is, no matter how chaotic, no matter how much drama is around you, you can heal by your presence if you just stay within your center.   ~ Deepak Chopra, MD

The crystal [gemstone] is a neutral object whose inner structure exhibits a state of perfection and balance….when the human mind enters into relationship with its structural perfection, the crystal emits a vibration which extends and amplifies the powers of the user’s mind. Like a laser, it radiates energy in a coherent, highly concentrated form….   ~ Marcel Vogel, senior scientist at IBM for 27 years

GROUND:
crystals outside our bodies and in our everyday lives: LCDs (liquid crystal displays), lasers, radios…, the horizontal world
LIGHT:            the liquid crystalline structures in our bodies, crystals [gemstones] supporting our everyday lives, the vertical world

In the first quote above Chopra uses the word ‘just.’ “If you JUST stay within your center.” As though it is an easy thing to do! What I know about myself is that I sometimes need help getting there and also in staying there.

For me, a key way I stay centered is by creating. While listening to a presentation on how to consciously create, I was especially taken with the first step: allow your life. What if I could do that? What would it look like to truly allow my life? The presentation coincided with an abrupt and unexpected end to a major consulting contract. Based on suggestions from one of my teachers, I made two commitments for the time of transition: 1) to stay open and 2) to pay attention to the details. “That way,” my teacher said, “unexpected opportunity may enter your life.”

Not long after that, I received an invitation to a workshop called Conscious Creation. I imagined we would talk more about the presentation I had recently heard. Instead, we spent the day learning how to make tabletop energy grids. They didn’t make much sense to me at the time and I felt disappointed at the end of the day. But given my two commitments, I decided I would build a tabletop energy grid at home. I found stones for the surrounding geometry but I had difficulty finding a key ingredient: a strong central crystal.

During one of the workshop breaks I heard a side conversation about creating wearable energy grids where we, you and I, become the central crystals. As Dr. Richard Gerber writes in his book, Vibrational Medicine, “In the physical body, these areas [of crystalline structures] include: cell salts, fatty tissue, lymphs, red and white cells, and the pineal gland. These crystalline structures are a complete system in the body….” When we serve as the central crystal,  the geometric patterns of gemstones in the grid can surround us. That’s what prompted me to create my first necklace

In the following months the 44 StoneCircles designs emerged with varying geometries to support healing, manifesting, spiritual expansion, and more. As I was receiving this body of healing art, I discovered that we don’t need to actually wear the designs for them to support us. They can be hung on a bed, put in a briefcase, laid on a table. It’s all about relationship and intention. My personal preference is with the prayer beads. When I’m not playing with them, I keep them in my pocket or purse.

Then, you might ask, how did I get past my initial disappointment? How and when did I actually ‘get’ what these grids are all about? Some months after I set up a grid in our home, I took it apart so I could wash the cloth. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed that I was feeling agitated and anxious. This day was about the same as yesterday. So why was I anxious today when I hadn’t been yesterday? Then I remembered that I had not yet reconfigured the tabletop grid. Could it be? So I reconstructed it. And within a short time I felt a lot better. A lot better! The grid had been up for months before that day and, given its understated nature, I hadn’t really noticed how it supported me until it wasn’t there anymore. What I learned is that gemstone grids – whether wearable or tabletop – are simultaneously very subtle and also very powerful. I had gone horizontal…into the fear and chaos of mass consciousness. Reconfiguring the grid gave me the boost I needed to be able to return to vertical.

Some of you have StoneCircles. If you are still in relationship with yours, wonderful. If you have one but are no longer in an intentional relationship, I suggest that you rekindle it by clearing the stones and setting your current intention – be it for healing or creating or serving or manifesting or whatever.

If you don’t have a StoneCircle wearable grid, consider getting one.

About the Stones

This bracelet, one of the 44 StoneCircles, is named Blessed Stillpoint. Blessed Stillpoint is designed to support you in remembering that you can consciously choose inner peace and stillness as a way of living a full, active life of flow and change, action and interaction. Knowing one’s blessed stillpoint makes the difference between a life that feels both dynamic and at ease from one that feel stressful and tumultuous. The stones are amazonite, coral, and iolite.
