Is Pluto a planet? What defines legitimacy? How do we distinguish truth from convention or belief?

The truth of the influence of Pluto and its place in the Universe is not different because some humans changed a decision about Pluto’s label based on physical dimensions. Much like the truth that God exists whether we believe or not. Nothing and everything changes not because the truth changes but, rather, because our beliefs change.
